As a public Montessori program, you share AMS’s passion for making a Montessori education as accessible as possible to all students and families. We know the challenges that teachers and administrators face carrying out high-quality Montessori in the public sector, but we have also played an active role in supporting the many successes big and small of our public member schools.

Our Montessori Course for Families
You and Your Child’s Montessori Education: Early Childhood
This course is designed for families with children 2½ - 6 years old, who are interested in incorporating the Montessori philosophy into their day-to-day lives and parenting approach. Participants will receive resources to enhance their child’s education, deepen their Montessori knowledge, and learn how to apply Montessori principles at home.
This course will include 6 weeks of live, online experiences and self-guided study. Participants will be expected to commit 1 – 2 hours each week.
Course modules include a look at Montessori's view of child development, the role of the parent, the work cycle, and the prepared environment as it applies to the classroom and home.
