Schools and Other Favorite Spots in NYC

Take a big bite of the Big Apple! Explore unique Montessori school options available in and around New York City while discovering—and savoring—some of the treasured attractions that make this city great. You’ll have ample time during each school visit to explore programs, environment, and materials. All tours include bus transportation to a school or schools except Tour 8, which combines a curriculum workshop with a subway, walking, and tasting tour of city neighborhoods.

Thursday tours depart from and return to the Marriott Marquis Hotel in Times Square. Note that bus tours are expected to return to the hotel around 2:30 p.m., but travel times cannot be guaranteed. Tour 8 will end at noon.

Tour requests will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

When registering for a tour, be sure to indicate your tour preference (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8). After registering, you will receive
a tour ticket which you will need in order to board your tour bus for Tours 1 – 7 or to join Tour 8, the walking tour. If you participate in Tour 6, you will also need a photo ID to enter the United Nations.

All tours except Tour 8 include lunch.
