Do you know the place to be on Saturday evening, November 15? It’s at AMS’s “Let’s Party!” event! Join us after dinner for a live DJ and master of ceremonies whom you are sure to enjoy—and, for the first time ever at an AMS conference, lip synching acts in which YOU are invited to participate!

Signing up for performing a lip synching act is a must as space is very limited. We will accept sign-ups now through October 10 on a first-come, first-served basis, until we have the number of acts that we can accommodate. Here’s what you need to know:

• Group and individual performances are welcomed.
• Acts may be up to 4 minutes in length.
• Costumes (the crazier the better!) will definitely enhance your performance.
• No profanity but lots and lots of fun, zany, and wacky acts are encouraged.
• October 10 is the last day to sign up.
• To sign up, contact Alyssa Moore.
• Be sure to include the name of your group, the number of performers, and the music you’ll be using. We suggest bringing two copies of the music on CD.

We already have a couple of acts lined up. We can’t tell you who or what they are, but we can tell you that they will hold some delightful surprises!

But wait! That’s not all! We will also be having line dancing lessons, led by AMS’s very own Chris Hutchings, our conferences coordinator and professional dancer extraordinaire!

But wait! There’s more! We will also be having a drawing for some wonderful gifts. Participation in the drawing is free and only requires that you are in attendance at the party when the winners are announced.
