AMS Teacher Educators Section Annual Meeting
Once a year, the AMS Teacher Educators Section (TES) holds a meeting in conjunction with the AMS Annual Conference. The purpose of the meeting is to provide opportunities for networking and professional development. A business meeting is also held during which the work of the previous year is summarized and new initiatives are presented for discussion. The work of the TES continues throughout the year by standing committees, task forces, and caucus discussions.
Directors, faculty and staff of each AMS full-affiliate teacher education program (TEP) are encouraged to participate. Representatives from applicant teacher education programs are invited to observe the meeting as non-voting guests.
